Phlebotomy Express Training Centers
Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This policy explains the general refund, cancellation, withdrawal, and rescheduling requirements for programs and classes offered by Phlebotomy Express Training Centers (“PETC”).
Students should review this policy together with their applicable registration documents, student contract, program requirements, and PETC Terms and Conditions.
1. Deposits
Any deposit or partial tuition payment that is less than the full tuition amount is non-refundable.
A deposit may be applied toward the student’s approved program or class in accordance with PETC enrollment and scheduling requirements.
2. Full Tuition Refund Requests
When tuition has been paid in full, a student may submit a refund request within 72 hours of payment.
Refund requests must be submitted to PETC in writing within the applicable 72-hour period.
Refund requests submitted outside the applicable refund period may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise approved by PETC or required by applicable law.
3. Administrative Fees
An administrative fee may be deducted from an approved refund in accordance with PETC’s applicable student contract or enrollment terms.
4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by check.
PETC generally processes approved refunds within 7 business days after the refund request has been reviewed and approved.
5. Student Cancellations and Withdrawals
Students who need to cancel or withdraw from a scheduled class or program should contact PETC as soon as possible.
Student cancellations and withdrawals may require appropriate supporting documentation. Examples include a doctor’s note, court order, or other documentation acceptable to PETC.
Providing documentation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable refund terms described in this policy and any applicable student contract or enrollment agreement.
6. No-Shows
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class or training without proper notice may be considered a no-show.
Requests arising from a no-show may require appropriate supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note or court order.
PETC will review documented circumstances individually in accordance with its enrollment, refund, and scheduling policies.
7. Rescheduling and Class Transfers
Students who are unable to attend their scheduled class should contact PETC as soon as possible.
PETC may allow a student to reschedule or transfer to another available class when appropriate.
Rescheduling and transfer requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, supporting documentation when required, program requirements, and available class space.
8. PETC Schedule Changes
PETC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class dates, instructors, locations, schedules, or other instructional arrangements when necessary.
If PETC makes a change that affects a registered student, PETC will notify the student and allow the student to reschedule or move to an appropriate available class or training arrangement.
9. Payment Plans
Full tuition is preferred at registration. PETC may also approve deposits, payment plans, or other payment arrangements.
Refund eligibility is based on the amount actually paid and the applicable terms of this policy and the student’s enrollment agreement.
10. Questions About This Policy
Students with questions about refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, rescheduling, or payment arrangements should contact PETC before completing registration when clarification is needed.
