Phlebotomy Express Training Centers is owned and operated by Kimberly Harrington, a Detroit Public Schools graduate whose leadership is grounded in education, hard work, upward mobility, and helping people begin a new path.

Kimberly established PETC with the belief that practical healthcare training should be accessible to people who are ready to develop new skills and move forward.

That purpose continues to shape a focused learning environment centered on hands-on practice, professional development, student dignity, and meaningful opportunity.
